FAQ

You are advised to read our Shop Policies before purchasing our products. By placing an order, it is assumed that you have read our Shop Policies and you agree to be bound by it. You can always contact us at GlamPlannerCustomerService@gmail.com if your question is not answered below. 

Shipping Time: 

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Orders shipped to an USA address are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 Business Days. These dates do not include holidays or weekends. This is an estimate, and is quoted from USPS. All orders come with tracking, which will update within 48 hours of shipment. Online tracking can be slow to update, so please be patient. 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders shipped to an International address are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery of 7-14 Business Days. These dates do not include holidays or weekends. This is an estimate, and is quoted from USPS. All orders come with tracking, which will update within 48 hours of shipment. Online tracking can be slow to update, so please be patient. 

Customs and Import Taxes: 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I edit or combine an order? 

Once an order is placed we cannot add or subtract items from the invoice. Please make sure your order is correct prior to checkout.

Can I return an item? 

Due to the nature of the handmade items, we don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations may be made within 2 hours of placing your order if the shipping label has not been created. Cancellations are not accepted during major events and sales.

 Can I change my address?

Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect addresses. While we will try our best to help change your address if your order has not yet been shipped, this cannot be guaranteed as our processing moves very quickly.


If your order has already been shipped, you will be required to wait the full estimated shipping time to see if the order makes it back to us. Any additional reshipment fees will be the buyer's responsibility. 

Additional policy note:

Due to variation between computer monitors, the actual colors of the stickers you receive could vary from what you see on your screen. In addition, foil by nature is tricky and each piece is unique. We make all stickers and foil in house so minor imperfections might exist.
